1. GENERAL RULES
1.1 By playing on the server, you automatically accept all rules.
1.2 Ignorance is not an excuse.
1.3 Administration may update the rules and has the final decision.

2. CHAT & BEHAVIOR
Allowed:
• Normal communication
• Light trash-talk without personal insults

Prohibited:
• Insults, toxicity, harassment
• Racism, hate speech, extremism
• Spam, flood, CAPS abuse
• Advertising external projects
• Spreading false information about the server

Punishments:
• Insults → 3h / 12h / 24h / 3 days
• Toxicity / harassment → 12h / 3 days / 7 days
• Racism / hate speech → 7 days / Permanent Ban
• Spam / flood → 1h / 6h / 12h / 1 day
• Advertising → 7 days / Permanent Ban
• Fake info / provocations → 12h / 3 days / 7 days

3. GAMEPLAY
Prohibited:
• Bugs and exploit usage
• Hiding bugs
• Griefing
• Mechanic abuse
• Arranged actions for unfair advantage

Punishments:
• Exploit use → 7 / 14 / 30 days / Permanent Ban
• Hiding bugs → 7 / 14 / 30 days
• Griefing → warning / 1 day / 3 days / 7 days
• Manipulation abuse → 7 / 14 / 30 days

4. CHEATS / BOTS / SOFTWARE
Strictly prohibited:
• Cheats
• Bots / autoclickers
• Advantage macros
• Scripts / automation
• Any client modifications giving advantage

Punishment:
• Cheats / bots / illegal macros / scripts → Permanent Ban

5. PvP RULES
Allowed:
• Open PvP
• Guild wars
• Competition for spots and resources

Prohibited:
• Win trade
• Fake PvP
• Arranged kills
• PK abuse against new players
• PvP harassment
• Alt accounts for PvP advantage

Punishments:
• Win trade / fake PvP → 7 / 14 / 30 days + reset
• PvP harassment → warning / 1 day / 3 days / 7 days
• PK abuse → warning / 1 day / 3 days / 7 days
• Alt abuse in PvP → 7 / 14 / 30 days

6. CASTLE SIEGE
Prohibited:
• Map / texture / path exploits
• Sabotaging your own guild
• Fake wins / arranged siege
• Intentionally throwing the castle
• Twinks and multi-accounts influencing siege

Punishments:
• Siege sabotage → 7 / 14 / 30 days + disqualify
• Fake Siege / arranged win → 14 / 30 days / Permanent Ban
• Siege exploit → 14 / 30 days / Permanent Ban

7. GUILDS & ALLIANCES
Prohibited:
• Offensive names
• Abuse guilds
• Alliance monopolies
• Collusion / hidden agreements
• Suppressing competition through fake alliances

Punishments:
• Offensive guild name → rename + warning / 3 days for leader
• Guild / alliance abuse → warning / disqualify / 7 days / 14 days
• Monopolization / collusion → warning / disqualify / 7–14 days for leaders

8. DONATIONS & ECONOMY
8.1 Donations do not give immunity.
8.2 All purchases are voluntary.

Prohibited:
• Chargeback
• Scam
• RMT outside project rules
• Donation fraud

Punishments:
• Chargeback → Permanent Ban
• Scam → Permanent Ban + remove items
• RMT → Permanent Ban
• Donation fraud → 14 days / Permanent Ban

9. ACCOUNTS
9.1 You are responsible for your account.
9.2 Sharing is at your own risk.

Prohibited:
• Multi-account abuse
• Alt abuse in events / PvP / Siege

Punishments:
• Multi-account abuse → 7 / 14 / 30 days / Permanent Ban
• Alt abuse in events / PvP / Siege → 14 / 30 days / Permanent Ban

10. STAFF IMPERSONATION
Prohibited:
• Pretending to be Admin / GM / Moderator / Staff

Punishment:
• Staff impersonation → Permanent Ban

11. QUICK PUNISHMENT TABLE
• Toxicity → 3h / 12h / 24h / 3 days
• Spam → 1h / 6h / 12h / 1 day
• Racism → 7 days / Permanent Ban
• Advertising → 7 days / Permanent Ban
